Background

WellPoint serves nearly 67 million people by their affiliated companies, this includes nearly 37 million enrolled in their family of health plans. One in nine Americans receives coverage for their medical care through WellPoint’s affiliated plans. WellPoint’s purpose is to transform health care with trusted and caring solutions.

Overview

The WellPoint Corporate Responsibility Report is an in-depth website that was developed to explain WellPoint’s commitment to corporate responsibility. The website content is structured in a way that addresses multiple audiences in a simple and concise manner. One of the challenges with developing the website was that the hosting server did not support any programming languages and required our team to create a solution that supported reasonable development time and maintenance.

Result

The WellPoint Corporate Responsibility Report is a static website containing many pages that are updated on a regular basis. With that in mind the website was built using a number of templates that allow for easy maintenance and, if the need arises, the templates can automate major structural changes.
